Hello team,

Please note that we encountered issues with the central transfer processor for banks (NIBSS), which affected our disbursement service. Consequently, merchants may have experienced delays (pending disbursements) and failures when transferring funds from their wallets to other bank accounts.

These challenges originated from our connection with NIBSS. However, this has been resolved and disbursement transactions are now processing successfully.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
