Dear Partners,

We regret to inform you that the generation of new reserved accounts for Fidelity Bank has been temporarily suspended due to degraded performance from the bank. During this period, it will not be possible to create new Fidelity Bank virtual Accounts.

Fidelity Bank has been notified about the issue, and they are diligently working to address it.

In the meantime, please note that other banks such as Moniepoint MFB, Wema, Sterling, and GTB are operating normally.
